To secure your appointment, we require a £20 deposit to be paid, Deposit are fully refundable provided the appointment is cancelled or changed with at least 48 hours notice. (Deposits are non - refundable/will not be eligilabe for a refund if you do not turn up for your appointment), this also depends on the size of the breed if your dog is Large or an XL breed a £40 deposit may be asked for.
